Our manufacturing client in Fort Erie is looking for a reliable, hands‑on individual to join their team. This is a varied position focused on logistics and preparing panels and materials for upcoming jobs. The successful candidate will help clean, inspect, maintain, organize, and move panels and materials throughout the facility to ensure everything is properly prepared and ready when needed.

The role may also include general warehouse and manufacturing duties, as well as occasional opportunities to assist with installation projects at customer sites when work is available.

What You'll Do

- Prepare panels, materials, and equipment for upcoming jobs
- Clean and inspect panels to ensure they are in good condition and ready for use
- Perform basic maintenance and upkeep of panels and materials
- Organize and stage materials for upcoming jobs
- Move, load, and unload panels and materials throughout the facility
- Keep materials organized and ensure items are in the appropriate locations
- Assist with inventory counts and locating materials as needed
- Help prepare materials and products for outgoing shipments
- Assist with receiving and organizing incoming materials when required
- Maintain a clean, secure, and organized work area
- Assist with general manufacturing and warehouse duties as needed




- Occasionally assist with installation projects at customer sites when work is available
- Travel to different customer/job sites when installation work is available
- Follow all company health and safety procedures
- Perform other duties as required

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in logistics, manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or another hands‑on environment is an asset
- Comfortable with physical work and regularly lifting and moving materials
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Good attention to detail
- Organized and able to keep track of materials and job requirements
- Able to follow instructions and work safely
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Willing to take on a variety of hands‑on duties throughout the day
- Willing to travel to customer/job sites when installation work is available
- Reliable transportation is required
