What you will do

- Complete thoughtful in home assessments that reflect each client’s goals, routines, and environment.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Rehab Assistants, Kinesiologists, RMTs, Acupuncturists and SLPs.
- Develop personalized plans that support independence, safety, mobility, and meaningful daily activities.
- R ecommend practical strategies, adaptive equipment, and home modifications when appropriate.
- Provide education to clients, families, and caregivers.




- Maintain explicit communication and timely clinical documentation.

Who you are

- You hold current registration in good standing to practice as an Occupational Therapist in British Columbia.
- Y ou have access to a reliable vehicle and are comfortable travelling between client homes.
- You are able to commit to at least 2 clinical days (that are not back-to-back).
- You provide engaged, practical, and client centred care.
- You are confident working independently while staying connected with a cooperative team.
- You communicate clearly and build trust with clients, families, and referral partners.
- Mobile, community based, or in home care experience is an asset, though not required for the right person.

Compensation

Expected hourly rate or range: $130.00 - $145.00/hour as an Independent Contractor.
