This position requires someone who is well-versed in server builds, applications, networks as a whole, diagnosing network/PC/server issues, etc. The company is all business-to-business. Onsite service and support is required.

The ability to clearly communicate both from a technical perspective, as well as explaining a technical problem/solution, in a non-technical way is required. The perfect candidate is open to solving very high-level technical problems as well as understanding that the role may require things such as password resets, predeploy (prep) and deploy (onsite deployment) of many types of hardware.

with some occasional hours outside of this to meet the needs of clients and their business structure.

Class G driver's license required with clean abstract.
