About the mandate:

SFT Services is looking for’'nurses to fill mandates in emergency and block U. We offer a stimulating, humane work setting focused on the quality of local care.

Main responsibilities:

- Provide quality nursing care to patients in a hospital environment.
- Assess patients' medical and emotional needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure effective communication with families regarding patient health status and needs.
- Participate in case management to ensure continuity of care.
- Train and supervise auxiliary staff, as appropriate.

Requirements:

- College Diploma (DEC) in Nursing.
- Member in good standing of theOrder of Nurses of Quebec (OIIQ).
- Critical Care Experience
- Mandatory training for clinical technicians
- Knowledge of MedUrge is essential to begin the assignment process.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Organizational skills, professionalism and autonomy.
