Nurses – Pediatric Home Care – Val-David / Laurentians JOB OFFER – Clinical Nurses Department: Pediatric Home Care / Complex Care Dates & Times: When: immediately – Block 1: Monday to Friday from 8pm to midnight / Wednesday from 9am to 1pm (mobile day depending on availability) / 1 Saturday out of 2 from 12pm to 8pm. – Block 2: Weekend work: Saturday and Sunday from 8pm to midnight / 1 Saturday out of 2 during the day. – Block 3: Wednesday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. / Friday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. / Occasional weekend evenings (from 6 p.m. to midnight) / Occasional daytime Saturdays (times to be determined). – Department: Pediatric Home Care / Complex Care About the mandate: SFT Services is looking for’'nurses to fill mandates in Pediatric Home Care / Complex Care in Val David.

Main responsibilities

- Provide quality nursing care to patients in a hospital environment.
- Assess patients' medical and emotional needs.




- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure effective communication with families regarding patient health status and needs.
- Participate in case management to ensure continuity of care.
- Train and supervise auxiliary staff, as appropriate.

Requirements

- College Diploma (DEC) in Nursing.
- Member in good standing of theOrder of Nurses of Quebec (OIIQ).
- Complex care for a 15-year-old girl with ADHD-ADL dependency.
- Experience in pediatrics is an asset
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Organizational skills, professionalism and autonomy.
