AstraZeneca is seeking a bilingual Hospital Pharmacy Strategy Lead to shape how oncology treatments are delivered across Ontario and Quebec. You will connect pharmacy leaders with cross-functional teams to optimize infusion capacity, chemo suite efficiency, and patient pathways.

The role requires a pharmacist degree (or life sciences/healthcare) with 3-5 years in oncology or related healthcare settings, robust strategic and leadership skills, and a self-starter mindset.
