Key responsibilities will include dispensing medications, providing patient consultations, and engaging in drug-related inquiries. You'll also participate in the education of both students and multidisciplinary staff while managing the automated dispensing unit. Key Responsibilities:

- Clarify and enter physician orders accurately
- Oversee medication dispensing processes by technicians
- Conduct patient counselling and provide pharmaceutical guidance
- Involvement in multidisciplinary team rounds and education
- Participate in safety report processes and pharmacy committees Requirements:
- Valid licensure from the Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Background in Acute Care Pharmacy preferred
- Robust ability to work under pressure
