We are looking for a dedicated Pharmacist to join our Acute Care Pharmacy team. Key responsibilities will include dispensing medications, providing patient consultations, and engaging in drug-related inquiries. You'll also participate in the education of both students and multidisciplinary staff while managing the automated dispensing unit.

Key Responsibilities: • Clarify and enter physician orders accurately • Oversee medication dispensing processes by technicians • Conduct patient counselling and provide pharmaceutical guidance • Involvement in multidisciplinary team rounds and education • Participate in safety report processes and pharmacy committees

Requirements: • Valid licensure from the Ontario College of Pharmacists • Background in Acute Care Pharmacy preferred • Strong ability to work under pressure • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Proven customer service experience in pharmacy settings
