Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Operations & Client Manager to handle the day-to-day management of client relationships and internal operations. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth, skilled experience for all clients while allowing the founder to focus on strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client onboarding (collect documents, organize information, set expectations)
- Coordinate and schedule client calls and meetings
- Handle communication across WhatsApp, email, and other platforms
- Follow up with leads and existing clients consistently
- Maintain and organize client records, files, and internal systems
- Ensure all client requests are tracked and completed on time
- Assist with preparing materials for client sessions




- Identify inefficiencies and improve internal processes

Requirements

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, CRM systems, messaging apps)
- Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative

Nice to Have (Not Required)

- Experience in consulting, finance, or client management
- Familiarity with business operations or administrative systems
- Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment

Compensation

- $50,000 – $90,000 CAD annually (based on experience)
- Performance-based bonuses tied to client satisfaction and operational efficiency
