IQ Resource Group is seeking dependable and hardworking Packers for a food production facility in Appleton. This position works in a refrigerated environment and is responsible for packaging products, inspecting quality, and preparing orders for shipment.

Position Summary:

The Cold Storage Packer is responsible for packaging and preparing food products for shipment while maintaining quality, accuracy, and food safety standards. This role works in a refrigerated environment and plays an important part in ensuring products are properly packed, labeled, and ready for distribution. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a quick-paced production setting.

Job Duties:

- Package food products according to company specifications




- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging
- Label, sort, and organize finished goods
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Follow food safety and quality procedures
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy
- Assist with additional production and packaging duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Ability to work in a cold storage environment throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Previous production or packaging experience is helpful but not required
