The Town of Whitby is seeking a Supervisor of Operations - Parks to lead the Parks division, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality municipal services. You will manage daily operations, support budgeting, and maintain safety and SOP compliance while engaging with residents and stakeholders.

Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a parks-related degree and several years of supervisory experience in a unionized municipal setting.
