We are a family in Toronto’s High Park area looking for a reliable, organized and proactive person to help manage the day-to-day needs of our home.This is a hybrid cooking, housekeeping and household-management role. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in keeping a home clean, organized and running smoothly, and who is comfortable taking initiative rather than needing a detailed list each day.Responsibilities would include:Planning and preparing healthy family dinnersPreparing school lunches, snacks and meals that can easily be reheatedGrocery shopping and keeping household food items stockedKeeping the fridge, freezer and pantry clean and organizedMonitoring leftovers and expiry dates and helping reduce food wasteCleaning and resetting the kitchen after cookingGeneral tidying and organization throughout the homeKeeping the kids’ bedrooms clean, tidy and organizedHelping keep closets, drawers, toys and personal items organized and in their proper placesLaundry,



folding and putting clothing awayChanging bedding and keeping bedrooms fresh and organizedLight household cleaning and general upkeepNoticing areas of the home that need attention and taking initiative to handle themThere is no childcare involved in this position. The focus is on helping us keep the household organized, meals prepared and the home running smoothly.We are looking for someone who is dependable, trustworthy, clean, highly organized and proactive.
