PART-TIME SEASONAL LANDSCAPE TECHNICIAN

St. Catharines & Niagara Region | $20–$23/hour

Finlayson Property Services is growing — and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us.

We’re a local, owner-operated property maintenance company looking for a dependable, hardworking Part-Time Seasonal Landscape Technician to join our team.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in a job well done, and understands that the little details matter to our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lawn and property maintenance
- Seasonal cleanups and general landscaping
- Garden, hedge and shrub maintenance
- Assisting with a variety of outdoor property improvement projects
- Operating, loading, unloading and maintaining tools and equipment
- Physical outdoor work, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Providing friendly, professional, top-notch service

Who We’re Looking For

Experience in landscaping or property maintenance is an asset, but we’re willing to train the right person.

More importantly, we’re looking for someone who is:

- Comfortable with physically demanding work
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

- Equipped with reliable transportation
- A valid G driver’s licence is preferred





Position Details
- Part-time seasonal position
- $20–$23/hour to start, based on experience
- Hours will vary depending on workload, weather and season
- Opportunity for additional hours and potential advancement as the company continues to grow
- Hands-on training provided for the right candidate
