FULL-TIME PASTRY COOK Gold Leaf Pastries — Kamloops, BC

Gold Leaf Pastries is looking for an experienced, motivated Full-Time Pastry Cook to join our kitchen team.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys baking and pastry, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of quality, consistency and presentation.

The right person will:

- Have professional baking/pastry experience
- Be comfortable working in a busy production kitchen
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be organized and able to work efficiently
- Work well as part of a team
- Be dependable and willing to work weekends
- Take pride in producing high-quality pastries and baked goods

Experience with the following is an asset:

- Croissants
- Tarts
- Cakes and cake sponges
- Buttercream
- Cookies and bars
- Muffins and scones
- Pastry production
