Role Description This is a remote, contract Pediatric Resident role focused on contributing clinical expertise to Navio’s parenting guidance platform.

The Pediatric

Resident will review and validate content related to child and adolescent health, behavior, and development to ensure medical accuracy and relevance. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with clinicians and content teams, providing input on case scenarios, and helping refine recommendations that reflect current pediatric best practices. The role may also involve participating in virtual discussions with medical advisors,



offering feedback on product features, and supporting the development of age-appropriate health education materials. Work hours are flexible, with collaboration conducted through online communication tools.

Qualifications

- Foundational clinical training and knowledge in Medicine and Pediatrics.
- Experience or exposure in Neonatology and pediatric sub-specialty care.
- Ability to collaborate effectively when Working with Physicians and multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- Understanding of Surgery principles relevant to pediatric care and referral pathways.
- Current enrollment in, or completion of, a Pediatric Residency program; appropriate licensure or eligibility as required by jurisdiction.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to explain medical concepts clearly to non-medical audiences.
- Demonstrated interest in child and adolescent mental health, development, or family-centered care.
- Comfort with remote work, digital tools, and collaborating in a virtual environment; bilingual English/French is an asset.
