We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Permanent Makeup Artist (PMU) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and sales, with a passion for the beauty and wellness industry. As a PMU artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients while performing various beauty treatments. Your role will involve upselling products and services, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment.

Duties

- Perform beauty treatments including eyebrow tint & lamination, eyelash extensions, lip blushing, Nano brows and other treatments with precision and care.
- Provide product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the benefits of various services and products.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by sanitizing tools and work areas after each treatment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and welcomed.
- Assist in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.

Skills

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Proven customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.




- Experience in upselling techniques to promote additional services or products.
- Ability to perform product demonstrations confidently.
- Background in hospitality is a plus, enhancing the overall client experience.
- Retail sales experience is beneficial for promoting products effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week

- Makeup application: 2 years (required)
- Lash Extension: 2 years (required)
- Brow Tinting & Lamination: 2 years (required)
- Microblading: 2 years (required)
- Threading: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- Certificate in Professional Make Up Artistry (required)
- First Aid Certification (required)
- WHMIS Certification (preferred)
