Curacoro is a growing Canadian beauty brand that sells professional lash, nail and beauty supplies. We sell on Amazon in the US, Canada, UK and France and run our own online stores. Our small warehouse team in Mississauga gets our products to customers around the world.

About the role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Pick & Pack Associate to prepare and ship inventory from our warehouse to customers and fulfillment centres in several countries. This is more than packing boxes. You'll learn the full shipment process and take ownership of getting each shipment right. If you like accurate, organized work, learn new systems quickly and are comfortable on a computer, you'll do well here.

What you'll do

- Pick products accurately against shipment plans and packing lists
- Pack, label and prepare cartons to fulfillment center requirements (FNSKU labels, carton labels, box contents, weight and dimension limits)
- Print and apply product labels, shipping labels and carton labels
- Prepare shipments for different markets, each with its own labelling and packaging rules
- Enter shipment details, count inventory and record updates in spreadsheets and online systems
- Prepare easy daily and weekly reports (units shipped, stock levels, discrepancies)




- Check your own work, catching errors before shipments leave the warehouse
- Keep the packing area clean, organized and safe
- Help with receiving, stock counts and other warehouse tasks as needed

What we're looking for

- 1 year of experience in pick and pack, warehouse, fulfillment or e-commerce shipping
- A careful, accurate worker. Small details matter, and one wrong label can delay a whole shipment
- Learns new processes and systems quickly, and understands why each step matters
- Comfortable on a computer: email, Excel or Google Sheets, printing labels, web-based systems
- Good written and spoken English
- Able to work on your feet and lift boxes up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Reliable and punctual, able to work independently and as part of a small team

Nice to have

- Experience with Amazon Seller Central / FBA shipments
- Experience with Shopify, ShipStation or other shipping software

What we offer

- Stable, full-time daytime hours (Over time might needed in holiday season)
- Hands-on training in international shipment process

Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.0 per week
