Government of Manitoba is hiring a SP3 Social Service Worker to coordinate and secure placements for children and youth in the Winnipeg Child and Family Services system. You will assess needs, review options, and match with caregivers and resources, while handling admissions, transfers and discharges on planned or emergency bases.

The role involves maintaining caseloads, monitoring foster care resources, and working with diverse communities to ensure timely, protected placements.
