- Hands-on delivery of software delivery modernization and contemporary engineering practices
- Experience evaluating and adopting AI-assisted software development tools and AI use cases across the software development lifecycle
- Strong experience with GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, source control management, and developer workflows
- College or University education in computer science or related discipline Nice to Have - Experience with internal developer platforms, self-service engineering tools, and developer experience initiatives
- Experience with cloud-native platforms and modernization initiatives




- Experience within large regulated enterprises or financial services organizations
