Valard Construction in Ottawa is seeking Powerline Technician Apprentices (PLT) to learn under Journeypersons while installing and inspecting electrical distribution facilities and operating line trucks. Local residency and Union of Skilled Workers (CUSW) membership are required.
You will gain hours toward Journeyperson certification, climb poles, splice and splice, install grounding, and work on overhead and underground facilities across union sites. Competitive hourly wages apply.
