Position Summary

CSN provides a full range of auto body repair services, including collision repair, scratch and dent repair, paintless dent repair, high-end refinishing, windshield and glass repair, and 24/7 accident assistance.

We have built a strong reputation for quality, efficiency, and customer care. Our team is dedicated to delivering reliable repairs, quick turnaround times, and outstanding service. We also offer a National Lifetime Warranty on all repairs, providing our customers with peace of mind for as long as they own their vehicle.

Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer

Sand surfaces using hand tools and power equipment to achieve a smooth finish

Mask and protect areas of the vehicle that are not being painted

Remove dirt, debris, and imperfections to ensure proper paint adhesion

Assist with mixing paint and primers according to manufacturer specifications

Support the operation and maintenance of painting equipment and tools

Work collaboratively with the paint team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety procedures and shop guidelines





Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements

Previous experience as an automotive prepper or in a collision repair environment preferred

Knowledge of surface preparation techniques including sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning

Ability to properly prep vehicles and parts for paint according to OEM and shop standards

Familiarity with materials and tools such as sanders, fillers, masking tape, and spray equipment

Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality paint finishes

Ability to follow instructions from painters and production managers

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Physically capable of standing for long periods, bending, lifting, and working with tools/equipment

Basic understanding of workplace safety practices and PPE usage

Valid driver's license
