THE POSITION

We are searching for a high-energy, passionate Print Project Manager with the drive to assist clients by managing their printing orders.

- Acting as a liaison between customers and our production team to help ensure all projects are completed smoothly from quote to delivery
- Replying to incoming leads and inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner
- Helping to grow accounts by promoting various product categories and solving customer problems
- Working closely with assigned reps to manage communication with larger accounts
- Managing client approval for quotes and proofs before proceeding to production
- Communicating openly with our production team to ensure delivery times are adhered to

REQUIRED SKILLS

- 2+ years of experience in a commercial printing environment serving business clients
- OR
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably inside sales/customer management
- High-energy self-starter with a positive attitude
- Excellent oral and written communication skills




- Robust time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-service oriented and takes pride in making customers happy
- Calm under pressure and able to adjust priorities in a dynamic environment
- Preference given to applicants with experience in printing or a complementary industry

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
