Our financial services client is seeking a Production Analyst (4 to 5 years of experience) to manage logical access and Active Directory accounts using access control procedures, with support for data centre operations.

Join a digital banking environment supporting high volume access management and production operations initiatives. This role focuses on logical access administration, Active Directory account management, SLA driven access requests, and data centre support across multiple locations. The team supports production operations, infrastructure initiatives, and process improvement opportunities in a quick paced banking environment.

This is an exclusive contract search supporting a growing team with additional headcount under review.

1 year contract (extension possible), North York, onsite 5 days a week for the first 3 months of training, then hybrid (3 days onsite minimum). Working hours: EST, 37.5 hours per week.

Must Haves

- 4 to 5 years in production operations or support environments handling access management tasks
- Hands on administration of Active Directory, including account creation, access changes,



and password resets
- Experience with access control processes and SLA driven access request management
- Post secondary degree or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

- Automation or scripting for access management processes (e.g. PowerShell)
- Experience supporting Unix and Windows environments
- Data centre infrastructure support, including power, cooling, equipment, or cabling
- Exposure to Tidal Enterprise Scheduler
- Exposure to ServiceNow or other service request ticketing systems
- Knowledge of ITIL

Responsibilities

- Manage logical system access by creating, maintaining, and disabling user accounts across enterprise production systems
- Respond to access requests and complete approved tasks within established SLAs
- Implement access changes according to approved workflows and approval requirements
- Maintain procedural documentation for access control processes
- Review server requests and assign rack, power, and connection resources
- Maintain data centre inventory databases and review completed connections
- Support production IT projects and infrastructure initiatives
