About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated Production Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance output at their facility. Key Responsibilities

- Analyze production processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements to increase throughput and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production activities.
- Collaborate with the quality team to ensure all products meet stringent quality standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.




- Oversee the implementation of new equipment and technologies on the production floor.
- Train and mentor production staff on new processes, safety procedures, and best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production engineering or a similar manufacturing role.
- Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities, with experience in a team-oriented setting.
