Hollis Raymond is seeking an experienced Restoration Project Manager to lead residential and commercial restoration projects from initial loss assessment through final completion.

The Project Manager will coordinate clients, insurance adjusters, trades, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, documentation, and quality to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and professionally.

Responsibilities

- Conduct site visits and assess property damage, including measurements, photographs, notes, and scope requirements.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, work plans, and restoration plans.
- Coordinate mitigation, demolition, reconstruction, specialty trades, subcontractors, materials, inspections, and site activities.
- Prepare and review estimates, change orders, supplements, and project documentation.
- Communicate with homeowners, commercial clients, insurance adjusters, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor project schedules, costs, labour, materials, subcontractor performance, and profitability.
- Identify project risks, delays, scope gaps, and cost issues and take corrective action.
- Maintain complete and accurate project files and documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure workmanship meets company and safety standards.




- Resolve customer and project issues professionally.
- Work closely with production, estimating, administration, and management teams.
- Participate in emergency response or on-call activities when required.

Qualifications

- 3–5+ years of project management experience in restoration, remediation, construction, or a related field.
- Insurance restoration experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial restoration and construction.
- Experience managing multiple projects from start to finish.
- Experience working with insurance adjusters, homeowners, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Strong estimating, scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and job-costing skills.
- Xactimate experience strongly preferred.
- XactAnalysis, Encircle, or similar software experience is an asset.
- IICRC certifications such as WRT or FSRT are an asset.
- Robust communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel to Edmonton-area project sites.

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
