What you will be doing:

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations aligned with global program objectives.
- Establish and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
- Ensure strict adherence to the SAP Activate methodology and internal governance procedures.
- Lead all phases of the SAP S/4HANA upgrade lifecycle: Preparation, Sandbox, Development, QA, Testing, and Cutover/Go-Live.
- Plan and oversee integrated testing phases including validation, regression, and performance testing.
- Coordinate cutover and production deployment activities to ensure continuous operations.
- Manage formal change control processes.
- Act as the primary liaison between IT teams, business process leads, SAP consultants, BASIS teams, and external suppliers.
- Coordinate multiple external vendors and implementation partners within a global program structure.
- Prepare and present progress reports, key performance indicators, risks, and strategic decisions to executive management.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project-related risks.




- Enforce regulatory and compliance standards throughout the project execution.
- Drive change management, end-user training, and project documentation.
- Direct post-go-live stabilization and hypercare activities.

What you must have:

- Experience:10+ years of SAP project management experience.
- Upgrade Track Record:Proven experience managing SAP S/4HANA upgrade projects (specifically version migrations, e.g., S/4HANA 2020/2021 to 2023 or newer).
- Methodology:Deep working knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology.
- Functional Scope:Solid experience in Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules/domains.
- Regulatory Environment:Demonstrated history managing projects in highly regulated enterprise environments.
- Vendor Management:Experience coordinating multiple third-party suppliers and delivery partners.
- Global Programs:Background in global SAP implementations involving multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
- Execution:Hands-on experience leading large-scale testing, cutover, and deployment execution.
- Scale:Prior experience working in enterprise environments exceeding 10,000 employees.
