TheSchedulerwillplayakeyroleinplanningandcoordinatingschedulesforcomplexgridstabilizationprojectsacrossCanada&US.WorkingandsupportingtheleadProjectManagerinCanada;,thisroleisidealforsomeonewhoishighlyfocused,directincommunication,andexceptionallystronginPrimaveraP6.

Youwillcollaboratewithprojectmanagers,engineeringteams,procurement,andfieldpersonneltobuildandmaintainschedulesthatdriveexecutionexcellence.Theenvironmentisfast-paced,hands-on,andrequiressomeonewhocanworkindependentlywhilemanagingahighvolumeofscheduleactivities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop,manage,andmaintaindetailedprojectschedulesusingPrimaveraP6,ensuringalignmentwithprojectmilestonesandobjectives.
- CoordinatewithPMs,procurement,engineering,andfieldteamstogatherprogressupdatesandvalidatescheduleaccuracy.
- Monitorprojecttimelinesandidentifypotentialdelaysorconflicts,proactivelyadjustingschedulesandcommunicatingupdatestostakeholders.
- Managelarge,complexscheduleswithhighactivitycountsacrossmulti‑stagecivilandelectricalprojects.
- Conductregularriskassessmentsandimplementmitigationstrategiestomaintainadherencetotimelinesandbudgets.
- Prepareandpresentschedulingreports,includingforecasts,variances,andprojectstatusupdatestomanagementandstakeholders.
- Ensurecompliancewithsafetystandards,projectguidelines,andregulatoryrequirements.

Preferred Qualifications

- 3-5yearsofschedulingexperiencewithinaconstructionorengineeringenvironment,withafocusonlarge-scaleenergyorinfrastructureprojects.




- ProficiencyinPrimaveraP6isrequired;familiaritywithotherschedulingsoftwareisaplus.
- PreviousexperiencewithFACTsorsimilargridstabilizationprojectsisanasset.
- Strongunderstandingofprojectmanagementprinciples,includingriskmanagement,costcontrol,andresourceallocation.
- Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskillstoeffectivelycoordinatewithcross-functionalteams.
- Backgroundincivilconstruction,EPCenvironments,orelectricalinstallationprojects.
- Provenabilitytomanagehigh‑volumeactivityinputsandupdates.
- WorkingknowledgeofMicrosoftProject.
- Abilitytoworkindependentlyandfollowthroughwithstakeholders.
- ThisisaBilingualrole.MUSTspeak,read,writeFrenchandEnglish.
