Role Description The Purchasing and Warehouse Manager is a full-time, on-site, based in Fort St John position. This shared role oversees all purchasing and warehousing activities, including sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery to meet project schedules.

The manager is responsible for warehouse operations, such as organizing storage areas, supervising shipping and receiving, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Daily tasks include coordinating inventory levels with project teams, monitoring stock usage, implementing inventory control procedures.

The role also involves leading warehouse staff, optimizing workflows,



and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across purchasing and materials management.

Qualifications

- Ability to work in office in Fort St John, BC and collaborate with project, field, and administrative teams.
- Demonstrated skills in Purchasing and Procurement, with experience sourcing materials and negotiating supplier agreements.
- Strong abilities in Inventory Management and Inventory Control, including maintaining accurate records and optimizing stock levels.
- Knowledge of construction or industrial supply chains, preferably within pipeline or facility construction environments.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, databases).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and time management.
