What you will be doing:

Lead, coach, and develop our rebuild team

Lead reconstruction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, and to our quality standards

Coordinate employees, subcontractors, materials, permits, and inspections

Conduct quality assurance inspections and address deficiencies promptly

Collaborate with customers, trade partners, suppliers, adjusters, Project Managers, and internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

Drive accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement

What you must have

A leader who takes ownership, follows through, and maintains high standards for quality and professionalism





Experience leading employees and coordinating subcontractors

Robust residential and commercial construction knowledge

Understanding of permits, inspections, and building codes

Strong planning, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service

Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record

Experience managing multiple crews and projects is an asset

Restoration industry experience, IICRC certifications, or insurance industry experience are considered assets

Salary/Rate Range : $70,000.00 – $90,000.00
