- Implement and adapt recreational programs for residents
- Create inviting spaces that enhance participation
- Build rapport with residents, families, and volunteers
- Document residents' engagement and progress
- Contribute to the improvement of the recreation program Requirements:
- Experience with senior populations preferred
- Degree or diploma in recreation or related field
- Current enrollment in a relevant educational program
- Knowledge of therapeutic approaches in recreation
