About the Role

Our client, a well-regarded recruitment consultancy, is looking for a proactive and organized Recruitment Resourcer to support their team in Kimberley . Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool of active and passive candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate availability with recruitment consultants.




- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist with candidate engagement and provide a positive initial contact experience.
