Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist

$46–$54/hour Dental Benefits | Monday–Friday | No Weekends

We are a family-owned dental practice that has proudly served the Mississauga community for over 30 years, and we are looking for a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team.

We have an excellent, loyal patient base and are looking for someone who values building genuine long-term relationships with patients and providing high-quality, comprehensive dental hygiene care.

The Position

- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- No evenings or weekends
- Predictable, consistent schedule
- Approximately 8 patients per day
- $46–$54/hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services
- Perform periodontal assessments and appropriate hygiene therapy
- Scaling, polishing and fluoride treatments
- Take radiographs as required
- Oral cancer screening and oral health assessments
- Provide individualized oral hygiene instruction
- Maintain accurate clinical records and charting
- Communicate findings and recommendations with the dentist
- Provide excellent patient education and care

We are looking for an RDH who is:
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)
- Caring, friendly and patient-focused
- Professional, dependable and organized
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a team
- Interested in building long-term relationships with patients

Experience with Tracker is an asset, but training can be provided.
