The Registered

Nurse is responsible for assessing residents, implementing care strategies, and supervising staff to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care based on best practices
- Monitor resident conditions and document vital signs
- Oversee and educate nursing staff and new hires
- Prepare the facility for RAI MDS reviews
- Take charge during the Director of Care's absence Requirements:
- Valid nursing registration in Ontario
- Experience in a long-term care environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to resident health and safety
