About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent Remote Cleaning Quality Assessor to oversee and ensure the high standards of cleaning services provided across various client sites. In this remote role, you will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of cleaning operations, reviewing reports from on-site teams or third-party vendors, and identifying areas for improvement. Your expertise will help maintain our client's reputation for excellence in sanitation, regardless of physical location. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a keen eye for detail and a background in cleaning or quality control, to contribute significantly to operational standards from the comfort of their home office in or around Kimberley .

Key Responsibilities

- Review cleaning reports, checklists, and photographic evidence to assess service quality.
- Conduct virtual inspections or liaise with site contacts to gather information on cleaning performance.
- Identify deviations from established cleaning standards and protocols.
- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement to cleaning teams or vendors.




- Maintain detailed records of assessments, findings, and corrective actions taken.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all assessed sites.

Requirements
