About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Remote Senior Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives across the organization. Operating in a fully remote capacity, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex technology projects, from conception through to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. This role demands exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a deep understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies in a distributed team setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full lifecycle of complex technology projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Lead and mentor project teams composed of geographically dispersed members, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Develop detailed project plans, define scope, manage resources, and track progress using project management tools.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.




- Facilitate clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including executive leadership, technical teams, and end-users.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in technology project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale software development and IT infrastructure projects in a remote setting.
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and other relevant project management methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills suited for remote collaboration.
