Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor the VFX team, providing creative and technical direction.
- Collaborate with directors and producers to define the visual style and scope of VFX work.
- Oversee the creation of all visual effects, ensuring high artistic and technical standards.
- Manage VFX budgets, schedules, and resource allocation effectively.




- Liaise with clients and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Troubleshoot complex visual effects challenges and implement innovative solutions.

Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in Visual Effects supervision or a senior VFX artistic role.
- Proven ability to manage complex VFX projects from concept to completion.
- Deep understanding of the entire VFX pipeline, including modeling, animation, texturing, lighting, and compositing.
- Strong knowledge of industry-standard VFX software and workflows.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience working successfully in a remote production environment.
