Support the design, development, testing, and commercialization of new products, including product components, assemblies, fixtures, tooling, and test equipment. Key Responsibilities

Design and develop product components and assemblies from concept through design transfer. Create CAD models, engineering drawings, and prototypes. Develop and execute test methods, fixtures, tooling, and equipment for product evaluation. Analyze test data and communicate findings to support design decisions. Investigate and resolve technical issues using structured problem-solving methods. Support risk management, design reviews, and verification/validation activities. Prepare and maintain engineering and design control documentation.

Required

Qualifications





3+ years of relevant engineering experience. Experience with rapid design iteration and design recommendations. Strong experimental design and statistical analysis skills. Experience working within a quality management system, including design controls, verification, and validation. Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering. Medical device industry experience. Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks. Familiarity with industry standards including ISO and ASTM.
