Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs, offering product recommendations and demonstrations when appropriate
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties with precision and integrity
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote featured products
- Upsell additional items and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining professional communication skills




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick checkout lines and a smooth shopping flow

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to perform basic merchandising tasks and operate POS systems confidently
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and excellent phone etiquette
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Multilingual skills are highly valued to connect with a broader customer base; experience in technology sales or product demos is advantageous

Pay: $18.50 per hour
