About the Role

Our client is seeking an outgoing and customer-oriented Retail Associate to focus on customer engagement for their online and potential in-store interactions, based remotely from Kimberley . This role involves proactively connecting with customers, providing exceptional service, and driving sales through personalized interactions, primarily via digital channels or phone support. You will be instrumental in enhancing the customer journey, answering queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
