ROV Consulting Inc. is seeking a Revit Technologist to support our structural engineering team in Kelowna. This role offers an opportunity to develop structural drafting and BIM skills on a range of building projects.

You will work with project engineers, senior technologists and architects to prepare structural Revit models and construction documents from concept through construction. Our team will support your growth in structural detailing, coordination and ROV drawing standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and revise structural drawings, details, schedules and model content using Revit.
- Develop coordinated structural BIM models for wood frame, concrete, steel and mixed material projects.
- Incorporate engineer markups and maintain drawing quality, consistency and document control.
- Coordinate drawings with architects, mechanical and electrical consultants, contractors and internal teams.
- Assist with drawing issue packages, site review follow-up sketches and as-built updates as required.
- Help develop ROV Revit families, templates, standards and workflows.

Qualifications

- A diploma or certificate in architectural, building or civil engineering technology, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Up to five years of relevant drafting or BIM experience. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.




- Working knowledge of Revit; experience using Revit for structural drawings is an asset.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is an asset.
- Interest in structural systems and construction detailing, with a willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail, explicit communication and the ability to manage assigned tasks and deadlines.
