As a Robotics Program Coordinator, you will lead the planning and delivery of robotics and engineering‑focused programs for children and youth. You will design engaging lessons, hands‑on challenges, and collaborative activities that introduce students to coding, robotics fundamentals, and problem‑solving skills. Your work will ensure programs are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with YRES’s mission to promote innovation and youth development.

A key part of your role involves program development and facilitation. You will create structured lesson plans, set up robotics kits and software, and adapt activities to different age groups and skill levels. Supporting students as they build, code, and test their robots will help foster creativity, confidence, and resilience.

You will also support staff and volunteer coordination,



helping train volunteers on robotics equipment, classroom management, and program expectations. By offering guidance and modeling best practices, you will help ensure consistent, high‑quality program delivery.

Maintaining safety and operational readiness is essential. You will organize equipment, manage inventory, follow safety protocols, and maintain a positive learning environment. Administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, documentation, and reporting will support continuous improvement.

Communication and community engagement will be part of your responsibilities. You will share program updates with families, highlight student achievements, and collaborate with schools and community partners to promote robotics initiatives.
