Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Port Coquitlam, BC. The Salesperson will identify and qualify new leads, respond to inquiries, and follow up with prospective and existing clients to understand their project needs. Daily responsibilities include preparing estimates and proposals, presenting service offerings, negotiating terms in line with company guidelines, and closing sales.

The role involves coordinating with project managers and operations staff to ensure accurate scope and timelines, maintaining detailed records in CRM or tracking systems, and contributing feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience. The Salesperson is expected to represent the company professionally in person, by phone, and via email, and to build long-term relationships that support repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications





- Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction, contracting, or related industries, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen actively, explain technical information in clear terms, and build trust with diverse clients.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and proposals while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Basic understanding of construction or contracting processes, materials, and project workflows, or a solid willingness to learn quickly.
- Comfort with using computers and digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM software) to manage sales activities and client information.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Port Coquitlam, BC, including occasional visits to client locations or project sites as required.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to providing inclusive, respectful service to all clients.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are an asset.
- Previous experience in customer service or account management and relevant education or training in business, sales, or a related field are beneficial.
