Responsibilities
- Must be able to take direction from the supervisor who has prioritized the daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks.
- Utilize safety equipment as needed when dealing with more caustic chemicals.
- Work with the team to organize responsibilities.
- Responsible for cleaning various types of dough off machinery and equipment.
- Wash, rinse and sanitize pots/pans, mixing bowls, machinery, conveyors, and ovens.
- Degrease various types of equipment as needed/scheduled.
- Mop, deck brush, squeegee floors during wash downs.
- Utilize different types of cleaning chemicals based on assignment.
- Clean ceilings, pipes, and other non-production places as needed.
Requirements
- Strong communication

- Can prioritize deadlines.
- Must be able to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crawl, reach, pull and push repetitively throughout the shift
- Must be ok cleaning in uncomfortable positions
- Must be comfortable using ladders up to 5 feet off the floor
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Must have a great attendance record
- Must be able to work Saturday or Sunday
