The Chance:

We are currently looking to fill a part-time 6-month contract Scheduling Systems Administrator position in our regional office, Chatham Ontario.

Salary:

$21.90 per hour.

Hours:

up to 20 hours per week.

Schedule:

Mornings 9am-1pm, with some flexibility to accommodate program scheduling needs.

Responsibilities:

- Using the electronic Quatro Scheduling system, the SDW will develop and revise ongoing master schedules for both clients and staff in accordance with the clients' service and budgeted hours.
- Complete/revise block schedules and complete call-ins as required
- Respond to client and staff calls in a timely manner, reporting any concerns/issues to the Service Manager
- Ensure client-focused service delivery and refer service complaints to supervisor for follow-up.




- Carrying the after-hours phone based on a rotating on-call schedule to cover evenings and weekends for clients and staff.
- Additional related responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Ability to take initiative, multitask, and work under pressure within deadlines
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer hardware and software including MS Office, Navision and Quatro or equivalent scheduling system
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Flexible to changing demands of the job
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and math accuracy
- Excellent writing and proofing skills; exceptional organizational skills
- Scheduling experience an asset
