Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

- Demonstrated competence in written technical communications
- Experience providing feedback on students’ written submissions
- Prior experience preparing co-op work term reports, according to SOE’s guidelines, or experience records for licensure with Professional Engineers Ontario
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications: Candidates meeting the required qualifications will be evaluated on the following criteria:
- Knowledge of the School of Engineering’s Co-op Work Term Report Guidelines and the five areas of work experience required to become a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario
- Competence in providing feedback on students’ writing

Applicants may be invited for an interview and may be asked to grade, and provide feedback on, a sample of student writing. Applicants are encouraged to provide contact information for at least two references as evidence of qualifications.
