Manulife is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join the Global AI Model Validation and Governance (AIMVG) team. You will independently validate AI/ML and GenAI models deployed globally, assess risks, and ensure alignment with Responsible AI principles and regulatory expectations.

You will mentor junior data scientists, communicate complex validation results to diverse stakeholders, and contribute to governance improvements while working in a hybrid setting in Toronto, Canada.
