About the Role

Our client is seeking a technically adept and client-focused Senior AI Solutions Engineer to join their growing AI & Emerging Technologies team in Kimberley. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex AI technologies and practical business applications, working directly with clients to understand their challenges and design tailored AI solutions. You will be instrumental in demonstrating the value of our AI offerings, configuring systems, and ensuring successful integration and adoption. Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement AI solutions to meet specific client business needs.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of AI capabilities to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with sales teams to articulate the value proposition of AI solutions.
- Configure and customize AI platforms and tools for client environments.




- Provide technical support and guidance during the implementation and post-deployment phases.
- Gather client feedback and translate it into product and service improvement recommendations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a solutions engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting role, preferably in AI/ML.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and common applications.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and associated AI/ML services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
