Support information technology teams in understanding the needs of business units; Analyze processes, practices and operational issues to identify opportunities for improvement; Ensure the alignment of technological solutions with strategic orientations and organizational objectives; Advise stakeholders on opportunities for business process optimization, transformation and evolution; Assess complex issues and recommend solutions tailored to the needs of the sectors concerned; Study different business scenarios and propose alternative approaches to current practices; Develop and document business cases in collaboration with business units and delivery teams; Compare current and target states to determine gaps to be filled; Examine the different solution options according to business, technological and organizational orientations; Determine transition requirements, performance indicators and acceptance criteria; Support teams during the implementation of solutions and contribute to their adoption; Facilitate the transfer to operations and support the operation of the solutions implemented; Prepare the necessary analyses, presentations and documents for the governance committees; Participate in decision-making by providing clear, structured and analysis-based recommendations.The profile sought is as follows:

Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; Have more than ten (10) years of experience as a business analyst; Develop expertise in needs analysis, process optimization and organizational transformation; Carry out business cases and opportunity analyses in complex contexts; Map processes and perform gap analyses between current and future situations; Interpret business issues and translate them into transparent and structured requirements; Produce strategic recommendations to support decision-making; Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams composed of business and technological stakeholders; Present analyses and executive files to the various governance bodies; Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, synthesis and influencing skills; Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Service is an asset; Evolve with autonomy, rigor and professionalism in complex organizational environments.
