Wolseley Canada is seeking a Lead Compensation Analyst – Canada to serve as the compensation subject-matter expert for the Canadian business. This senior individual contributor role reports to the VP, Human Resources and covers national programs, including base pay, incentive programs, salary structures, and pay equity.
You will partner with HR Business Partners, Finance and Payroll, and play a key role in Workday migration, data cleanup, and validation.
