Must Haves - 8+ years of IT Project Management experience leading complex business or technology initiatives.

- Experience delivering AI, automation, digital transformation, technology modernization, or similar emerging technology initiatives.
- Experience working across business and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions.
- Strong experience managing cross-functional teams, dependencies, risks, issues, and competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple concurrent initiatives in a complex enterprise environment.
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, planning, and delivery skills. Nice-to-Haves - Experience with AI enablement or adoption within an enterprise environment.
- Experience with generative AI, intelligent automation, data, analytics, or emerging technologies.
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or other ERP/business systems.
- Experience with business process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives.
- Experience working within Finance or another complex corporate business function.
- PMP or other recognized Project Management certification.
